Pillars believes that strong leaders and institutions are key to creating a world where American Muslims can live and thrive with dignity. Through our competitive grantmaking process, Pillars invests in some of our country’s most important civic organizations working in and alongside American Muslim communities.
Since 2010, Pillars has invested more than $4 million in challenging religious and racial discrimination, creating space for us to tell our own stories, and protecting and expanding the rights of all people.
If you are a current grantee, please contact us at email@example.com before submitting.
The Pillars Board of Trustees awards grants annually. To be considered for the 2019-2020 grant cycle, all organizations should submit a Letter of Inquiry within the following time frame:
January 1, 2019 - July 19, 2019 at 11:59pm CT.
The Pillars Fund reviews LOI grant applications within this time frame. Select applicants will be invited to submit a full application in the Fall of 2019. If you have not received word from us within 30 days of submitting your request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that your application has been received.
If your organization has previously submitted an application to the Pillars Fund, we recommend that organizations use the same account to submit new applications. This ensures that the account holder has access to all of their organization's previous applications and documents. Please note that the name and email associated with each application's corresponding Submittable account will be the information Pillars uses to direct future correspondence.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact email@example.com.
