Pillars believes that strong leaders and institutions are key to creating a world where American Muslims can live and thrive with dignity. Through our competitive grantmaking process, Pillars invests in some of our country’s most important civic organizations working in and alongside American Muslim communities.

Since 2010, Pillars has invested more than $4 million in challenging religious and racial discrimination, creating space for us to tell our own stories, and protecting and expanding the rights of all people.

Thank you for your interest in the Pillars Fund. We are excited to learn more about you and your ideas to amplify Muslim leadership in the United States.

Please use this form to share information about your work. Please note that this is not a formal proposal but an opportunity for you to help us better understand your approach to working in and alongside Muslim communities.

The Pillars Board of Trustees awards grants annually. To be considered for the 2021-2022 grant cycle, all organizations should submit their idea for funding through this form no later than August 3, 2021 at 5pm CT. Current grantee partners do not need to submit this form.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact grants@pillarsfund.org.

Please note that the Pillars team reads every submission, but we may not have time to respond to each one individually. We will follow up with you if we have questions or to request additional information. Thank you!
